Introduction of Solar Power Generation System

Installing solar panels at our factory not only achieves direct benefits such as saving on electricity costs, insulation and cooling, and generating additional income, but also further enhances the company's sustainable image and aligns with government-promoted green energy policies. This measure helps reduce carbon emissions and makes good use of roof space to achieve energy saving. Furthermore, by utilizing renewable energy, we are able to effectively reduce our reliance on traditional energy sources. The solar system currently supports over 10% of the factory's electricity demand, and we are continually promoting relevant measures to steadily advance towards the goal of carbon neutrality.

III. Social Engagement and Internal Culture (Social)

In 2024, the company organized its first employee beach cleanup event, which took place at Waiwushan Beach in Keelung City. This activity showcased the high level of employee participation and the company's commitment to marine environmental protection. In the future, we will continue to hold similar events, becoming a part of the effort to protect our coastline.

IV. Future Outlook on Sustainability (Governance & Vision)

Sustainable operation is a long-term commitment, and we have taken the first step. YU-SHENG Co., Ltd. will continue to promote more concrete actions related to "environmental friendliness, social care, and integrity governance," and gradually establish a sustainable evaluation system, aiming to become a trustworthy corporate partner.Continue to improve internal environmental management systems and move towards low-carbon manufacturing processes.In the future, we will continue to promote internal energy-saving and carbon reduction measures, and review waste disposal processes to minimize our impact on the environment. At the same time, we will also strengthen positive internal and external interactions, focusing on employee health and safety systems.
